unknown SEU features (was RE: display only lines newer than ??/??/??)

OK, Tom, how about jiggling our imaginations a little and show us an
example?  I have one idea - is this doable?  I want the same exact prompt
as CX (for RPGLE), except that the cursor is set at the op code entry
(instead of at the control level break columns (7-8)
