Found out there's a special 800 type number for reporting problems with their website 888-746-7426, option 4 The gal tried it and got the same error. She put me on hold for a few seconds and then said that the email was the appropriate thing to do and they'll let me know. Traditionally the response I get from them is usually after the web site is back up. Then I get something like "It works for us, try it again and see, gosh are you a blithering idiot."
