Re: IBM web site down

Found out there's a special 800 type number for reporting problems with 
their website
888-746-7426, option 4

The gal tried it and got the same error.  She put me on hold for a few 
seconds and then said that the email was the appropriate thing to do and 
they'll let me know.

Traditionally the response I get from them is usually after the web site 
is back up.  Then I get something like "It works for us, try it again and 
see, gosh are you a blithering idiot."

and click on
Create an order:  Using known PTF numbers
and get

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, smsinet@xxxxxxxxxx and inform 
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that 

may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error 
log.


I sent off the requested email.  Anyone having any luck?
