The way I see it, our audience is not you and I, but the hundreds of quiet listeners and those who look things up in the archives. So when I respond here in the list, I am only trying to add some value to the original post. I'm not looking to argue or even persuade anyone that my opinion is reasonable. Just trying to add some editorial diversity. So, I'm not trying to knock the announcement that IBM has started releasing Linux-ready products. I'm trying to show that others have been in that space for some time, and if Linux folk want tn5250 NOW, they can have it NOW. --buck
