Have a look at http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/access/console/

There are known problems with Ops Console and Win2K SP4. IBM seem to
recommend SP3.

This is why I have a $50 dumb tube and a brick.  I'll never get rid of
it, and if IBM tries to stop supporting it, you will hear one boatload
of screaming.  Just look for the mushroom cloud over Chicago.  That'll
be me.
