Op's console versus W2K SP4

We put on Service Pack 4 on our PC running Operations Console and now it 
will not connect.  IBM has an APAR on that - SE11182.  This points to a 
Microsoft knowledgebase article 824301.  Unfortunately you cannot download 
the fix from Microsoft.  You have to talk to a human and they will email 
it to you.  The problem is that you will remain on hold for 5 or 6 cups of 
coffee and thousands of repetitions on how to protect your system from the 
blaster virus "Step 1 - enable a firewall...".

So in summary.  Go through that crap first and get the email.  Then put on 
SP4 if you must.

PS:  We're still on hold.  Did anyone else already get the fix emailed to 
them?
