Yes, you can do this.  Your best resource is the Backup and Recovery
Manual, available for V4R5 at the URL below:

Glance through chapter 23 on configuring disks and that may be enough to
get you going or you can ask a more specific question.  If you don't have
much experience with using DST (Dedicated System Tools), this could be a
good start.

You're going to need to remove the mirrored drives from the system
(logically, not physically), configure your raid set, then add them back
in to the system ASP.  From the looks of your existing system, the
existing RAID drives will be able to absorb the data on the mirrored
drives without major issues.
