I do not think DSPFILEREF is a genuine OS/400 command. But you can output the 
information of all programmes in a library to an *OUTFILE, using DSPPGMREF.

Hawkins and Pence wrote a similar tool foor Midrange Computing, check the 
www.mcpressonline.com site for the artiicle inthe archives; perhaps the code is 
also downloadable. Their tool uses DSPPGMREF.
