Not necessarily - might be the 400 is using pathname format (NAMEFMT 1) and you are trying to specify a library (NAMEFMT 0). Try 'pwd' - it'll return either a path or a library. Try entering 'quote site nam' when you're connected - it should tell you which you have. If it's = 1, you will need to enter 'quote site nam 0'. Even that may be a problem, if 'pwd' returned a location NOT in QSYS.LIB - then you need first to 'cd /qsys.lib/somelib.lib', then change to namefmt 0.
