You mean besides plugging the correct ethernet cables into the correct
hubs?  Do you want to forward internet traffic to the private network?
vice versa?  If you just want your private LAN to use your 10 net card
you've done things correctly.  If things aren't working perhaps you could
be more specific?  Do you have any routers?  Do you want the AS/400 to do
the routing?
