I'm trying to figure out how to start a task on a PC. Here's the application
scenario we'd like to support:

The user performs selects a menu option on the AS/400 (green screen under
Client Access), and on the resulting green screen panel, presses a function
key. When the function key is pressed, we'd like to cause MS Internet Explorer
to start and navigate to a certain URL.(i.e. like "IEXPLORE.EXE
http://www.midrange.com";). We'd like the URL to be variable depending upon the
user.

I tried using STRPCO, STRPCCMD and it didn't work. Part of the reason was
because I couldn't specify the path "c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer" ...
because that's not a valid DOS path? I'm also concerned about relying on PCO
because I'm not sure it's a command with much of a future...if DOS doesn't have
much of a future!

I've read information about RUNRMTCMD but the problem is that I want to execute
the command on the PC that the green screen is running on and I'm not sure I'll
know the IP address of that PC.

Can anyone offer guidance?
