QZDASOINIT in QUSRWRK

They run at priority 20, same as interactive unless you monkeyed with the
interactive settings.

They are prestart jobs. The class is QPWFSERVER. You can monkey with that,
but make sure you thoroughly monitor and analyze performance before and
after. You could also change the prestarts to use a different class.

Also, I don't know offhand if that class is used by other prestart jobs.
