You could set up a pdm option to do this. Duplicate it with F13 the run it. something like CHGLF(&L/&N) ACCPTHSIZ(*MAX1TB) Thanks, Mark Mark Walter Sr. Programmer/Analyst Hanover Wire Cloth a div of CCX, Inc. mwalter@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.hanoverwire.com 717.637.3795 Ext.3040 /"\ \ / X / \ |--------+-------------------------------------------------------> | | "Draper, Dale" <dale.draper@xxxxxxxxxxxx> | | | Sent by: | | | midrange-l-bounces+mwalter=hanoverwire.com@xx| | | drange.com | | | | | | | | | 04/03/2003 09:37 AM | | | Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical | | | Discussion | | | | |--------+-------------------------------------------------------> >-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | | To: "'Midrange Systems Technical Discussion'" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> | | cc: | | Subject: Run command over multiple files? | >-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| We are running JD Edwards here and upgrading to V5R2 this weekend. One problem that JDE has is performance issues related to some new values. Seems that there can large performance hits if the logical files are not changed as shown: CHGLF FILE(F0003LA) ACCPTHSIZ(*MAX1TB) Well, there are at least 300 (out of 1000's) logicals that I should do this for immediately. Is there a different way to submit this command so to change/update more than one file at a time? FILE(F0003*) does not work. :( TIA Dale _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
