It's just as easy as setting QUTCOFFSET *should* be as Al stated: You don't do 
it because you don't need it. At least *my* wrist watch has only one purpose (a 
read-only one): DSPSYSVAL QTIME. I know that somebody would find it Cool to own 
a MI programmable wrist watch, but not me. K.I.S.S. That's why I love my 
AS/400.
