Thank you very much for this suggestion. Zipping the file and then emailing it worked. Mysterious working of attachments I guess and I dont use AOL!

IF she didn't do so the first time...have her put the save flie in a zip file before mailing it to you. Sometimes files are corrupted when sent as attachments. Especially when sent to AOL accounts. Shannon O'Donnell -----
