2 system values are involved - QUPSDLYTIM and QUPMSGQ. The latter is where 
UPS messages go. You create a dedicated message queue and specify it here. 
Then have a job that allocates that message queue and waits on it. When a 
message arrives, take action.

Check the help on QUPSMSGQ for more info.
