I have a CL program.

Example:
                     PGM

                    * Created temporary work file in QTEMP

                   * Update the temporary work file in QTEMP
                   SBMJOB   CMD(CALL PROGRAM_A)

                   ENDPGM

I don't want to use just a call command.  I want to use the SBMJOB command.
