Good points Mandy, The overlays from the announcement also pushed iSeries Access for the Web. Does that address any of these points? Last iSeries Technical Conference I went to it looked like the WebFacing people had never talked to the iSeries Access for the Web people, nor vice versa. (Some of the presenters admitted that they hadn't looked at the alternative). Much of both products looked like a duplication of effort. Incidentally, WebFacing is an attractive product, but we think the fact that it no longer *looks* like a 24x80 application can be a positive disadvantage in terms of resilience of the results - the application still wants to be handled in a civilised way by the user, but the user is tempted to do things they never would if they could see an ordinary green screen window - Back button, Refresh button, etc. - you can work around some of this of course, but at least one customer threw out the idea of WebFacing because of these problems (and went with Host on-Demand - but then that uses interactive feature, of course!).
