Tom, I haven't used that product but a similar one called Turnover PDQ from SoftLanding. I assume the products work fairly similar. CPU load could be minimized by lowering the priority of the jobs. Some of the reorg's took days to happen but everything ran fine during this time. Actual downtime was just a few minutes, essentially renaming files. Had to be very careful during actual downtime or our mirroring software would put the files out-of-sync which would mean the live data wouldn't be current on our backup machine until the file had been resent. We were in an environment where we coulnd't afford to RGZPFM and this allowed us to avoid having to purchase more disk for quite some time. Some of our reorg's had almost 10 million deleted records.
