RE: Double-click emailed AS400-created file and open up in Excel,automagically

CPYTOIMPF file has a STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII) that is enabled on V4R5 by PTF's
SF62142, SF66824.  This eliminates the need for the CPYTOSTMF.
