Must be nice to not have to take your laptop home with you every night.
Where do you get a job like that??? =)

The paradigm is that you don't shut down Op's nav after every use. I
don't shut down each 5250 session after every command, and then restart it
when I want to enter the next command. I leave Op's nav open all week and
reboot on Friday.

I was just wondering if many people use the operations navigator or just
use
the 5250 non-gui interface. I think I prefer the 5250 non-gui. It takes
3
to 5 min. to start up navigator on the pc and about 1 sec to start a
tn5250
session.

Thanks for the help on my sign on problem.

I really appreciate a list like this. I have been a member of the VM/VSE
list for several years now. It's nice to have a group of people willing
to
give real solutions to real problems.

Thank for your Help!!!!
