i get at least 10 of these things a month on my various email accounts.  is
there anyone still out there stupid enough to fall for this scam, that
hasn't already fallen?

I don't get spam from this list.

I do get lots of emails from people claiming to be relatives from various
deposed African dictators who need money laundered (and from people who
wish me to enlarge certain parts of my anatomy).  I suspect it has to do
with my sister signing me up on one of those websites, "sign up your
friends email and if they win, you win too".
