We want folks to be able to > access the CRM system, over the internet, via a browser. The new > Microsoft product allows this... Do you need a packaged solution? Do you already have a green-screen CRM, or have one in mind? Can you get the source? Because if you've already got a green-screen CRM in mind and you have the source, you can use a tool like mine to get it on the web very easily. Or, if you have a CRM package but no source, you could look into a screen scraper. Either way, you can get all you business logic on the AS/400 but have Internet access via a browser. You can do this, incidentally, with just about any AS/400-based package. Joe
