Why are IBMers absent from iSeries news groups and such? Answering a customers question in a public forum has to be many times more effective than doing it thru a one on one phone call. We would like to use XML and SOAP where I work, which would lead to a system upgrade. If IBM was available to answer such a question that might be just what is needed to get us going on it. Otherwise he seemed like a good guy :) Steve
