Actually follow-up stories are saying that IBM is dropping the printed
materials and shrink-wrapped packaging.  There will be no more retail store
sales from IBM.  The last that I knew OS/2 was selling above plan and was a
profitable piece of IBM's product mix.

It sure would be nice to get off the MS hamster wheel.   IT managers with MS
products must feel like fools when they walk into their budget meetings and
request 7+% of company revenues.
