You can't change it on an existing spooled fiel (unless you use a spooled
file API - nasty things).

Can you put in an OVRPRTF before the program that writes to it? You can
change PRTTXT there. Or you can do it with CHGJOB, but that'd affect all
output, if the PRTF has *JOB for its PRTTXT attribute.
