RE: EDI Recommendations

Yes, we have "drilled down" to Inovis and it's still as horrible as all of
it's predecessors in my opinion.  Support seems to be optional.  Extol
always got back to me within 2 hours at worst and has a pretty nice online
knowledge base.

Harbinger no longer exists.  They're successor, Peregrine, no longer does
EDI (at least on the iSeries) and has been in serious financial trouble.
The iSeries EDI has been sold to Inovis.

So far, Inovis seems like an improvement over Peregine to me.. but time
will tell.   Just trying to keep up with who owns the product...
Premenos/Harbinger/Peregine/Inovis...   it's a full time job just to
change my address book :)
