There is not really a good way to monitor ALL of his activity, unless you
are ready to journal all of your files.

We are on Version A7.3 cume8...here are a couple of suggestions:

1) You can put a journal on the F98301, F98302, and F98303 files (the main
Dreamwriter Versions files). Then you can monitor the activity of this user
by displaying the journal periodically, looking for entries created by this
user.

At least one of these these three files probably gets changed frequently,
since when a user changes a processing option value it is stored in the
F98301 file. Be careful to closely monitor the size of the journal
receiver.

A good way to handle it is to display the journal each day to *PRINT and
then generate a new journal receiver using CHGJRN JRN(LIB/JRN) JRNRCV(*GEN).
Then save (if you need to) and delete the old receiver.

2) if you need to monitor his menu travel while signed on to JDE, you can
look at the menu history file to see what menu options he has selected.
Look at file F0082H and query it by user id (MHUSER).
