Hi, Carl

I was going from dim memory. I thought it was in the Session parameters
part of the configuration. They call it "Workstation ID" in my 5.0.

When I click on Communication->Configuration, I use

Type of Host -> AS/400,
Interface -> LAN
Attachment -> Telnet5250 over TCP/IP

Then I click on a button labeled "Session Parameters". This has the
Workstation ID, which is really the device name.

According to the help, it even has the anti-collision bits that are in
Client Access, but you do it with special vaiables.

I used PCOMM back to about 4.3, at least, and I seem to remember being able
to specify the Workstation ID. The What's New section of 5.0 doesn't
mention adding this ability.

Are you sure? I still use PCOM 4.1 and I don't see where you can
specify a workstation name.
