Wouldn't [CTRL][DOWN] do the same thing?

I know this was true for earlier versions of Excel, but I just checked -- I
seem to be using MS Excel 97 SR-1, and my row limit is definitely 65,536.

(You can do a simple test - just open a new spreadsheet and write a macro
such as the following:

Sub OverFill()
    Range("A1").Select
    C = 0
    Do
        C = C + 1
        ActiveCell = C
        ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
    Loop While C < 1000000
End Sub

then run it. It will break when it reaches the last row. . . .)
