It could be that you have been disabled for NetServer access. This can
happen without your user profile being disabled. This often happens to me
and it is a pain in the !"G*()

If NetServer receives invalid sign on attempts from a user, it will disable
the user for NetServer, but not disable the user profile completely. The
user user profile still shows status *ENABLED. The number of sign-on
attempts allowed is still controlled by system value QMAXSIGN.

Try changing your user profile, without changing anything. ie. Prompt
CHGUSRPRF YourProfileName, and press Enter. If you have been disabled for
NetServer, this will re-enable you.
