This may be the answer I was looking for. Indeed, PartnerWorld has software
access for around $600 a year, an amount that I would consider reasonable
for running my "hobby" system. However, I don't see OS/400 itself in the
list of software, so I'm not certain this is the solution. I'm still waiting
to hear from Anne at IBM.
