CPU Utilization...

I've been trying to understand how the system balances CPU usage in a
multiprocessor system.

The statistics listed below are representative of how the CPU resource is
utilized on our system. They were extracted from Performance Monitor data.

In every report I've run, CPU #1 is always utilized significantly less that
all the others. Does anyone know why this is?

Is this processor reserved for system use or something?
