CASS Certification of mailing addresses

I was wondering if any of you could recommend software that runs on the
iSeries which provides CASS certification of mailing addresses.

This software is what Group1's Code1 does for us today. It takes the USPS
address database and "cleanses" our mailing addresses each night for bills
that are going out.  We also need software which provides a discounting
mechanism for our bills to be mailed.

We are currently using Group1's Code1 and Mailstream product. I was just
wondering if there might be some other products available that provides the
same function....
