That one no logner exists, I think. I found something similar at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v5r1/ic2924/books/c4153063.pdf - address given below did not work. This is actually the V4R5 manual. It can be found on the V5R1 InfoCenter link, Printable PDFs. In there re links to all the "Print this topic" kind of thing that appear also in the menu on the left. Small RANT - once again we have to learn a whole new organization fo InfoCenter, it seems. Of course, I hyperbolate. And make UP words, too.
