You don't say how you are trying to setup the card. If you are doing SDLC then you need to plug the cable on the card. Right now it shows no cable. The SDLC port will be the 2nd port. The 1st port supports ASCII and FAX only NO SDLC/BSC. You can use OPS NAV to set it up.
