Has EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and RESPONSIBILITY being taken into consideration yet? I think it should and should make a whole lot of difference in compensation. On the other hand, the disparity is just not justify and not to mention the "old boys club" attitude the CEOs show toppled with their disregard for investors and the hard working laborers at these corporations. This is not a support or disapproval of Rep Sabo but something is not right here!!!
