Re: Linux no longer coresident with OS/400

Well,

I guess I had better check myself on this, but if I recall correctly, the
V5R2 announcement seemed to indicate that you could run Linux without an
underlying OS/400.  I know that you will be able to run Linux in a
fractional LPAR, but what I thought I heard was that Linux would essentially
run in partition 0.

But since I've surprised such an illustrious audience at this, I'm going to
have to go back and check my facts on this one.  :)
