Somehow I think that you have misinterpreted something.  WRKJOBSCDE is
part of the operating system and is not chargeable under V4R5 or
subsequent releases of the OS.

Is there a chance that you have installed the Advanced Job Scheduler
(5769-JS1) and it is now asking for licensing information?  Normal use
of WRKJOBSCDE should still be allowed.  If you have installed the
licensed program 5769-JS1 in error, I would just uninstall it.  Your use
of job scheduling should return to normal.
