We are trying to add 5 drives to our 720 2261 processor. We currently have
5 internal 6717 attached to a 2741 IOA attached to a 9164 MFIOP. This is
our load source which also controls the 1/4 cartridge tape and the optical
drive. We have a second disk cage installed in the system, apparently not
hooked up. My question is, Can I attach the second cage to the existing
2741 IOA? If so, where does the second disk cage need to be within the
system unit? Below the first cage or next to it?

I am getting conflicting info from IBM and our sales rep.
