Although it doesn't really apply to the Citrix part of your problem, I
remember several releases of C/A ago, we occasionally needed to highlight
the entire screen just once, and then hit the Printscreen icon. We only
needed to do this the very first time we printed after installing C/A, and
from then on it seemed to 'remember' that we wanted to print the entire
screen.
