Ok, I found it in the /readme/ordlist.txt file on the CD.  Grrrrrrr, this
is a pain in the rear.

I just ordered group PTF's for 4 machines and am now at a loss.
Historically, the CD would have the group PTF order number listed on the
CD
(SF99105, SF99077, etc.).  I have a whole bunch of these things and cannot
find the PTF Group number listed anywhere.  I can probably determine the
type of group PTF by checking the included PTF's but this seems rather
stupid to me.  Am I missing something here?
