I do not understand the "spin" reference.  What was claimed was that LIPIs
had been discontinued.  They have not been discontinued.

I am not the person who brought up LIPIs within the context of this
discussion.  What I did try to do is correct a mis-understanding on LIPIs
(independent of the subject of this thread).

issue. Isn't that the definition of "spin"?
