You are not buying WebSphere - you are buying WDT - WebSphere Development Tools. Which means a bundle of SEU, PDM, RPG, COBOL, C, C++, CODE, VARPG, WebSphere Studio, WebFacing, etc. If you want _one_ compiler on the box, you have to buy all of them. In fact the one thing you won't get in the package is WebSphere itself!! I'm surprised that the [package on a 270 is that much - I thought that most 270s were in the P10 group and the cost was lower than that. WebSphere is just IBM's latest marketing "label" and they are sticking it on everything no matter how tenuous the connection. Jon Paris Partner400
