This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] One feature we use a lot with our AFPDS print is the CHRSIZ keyword. Now that I'm having to do more HPT (HOD, CAE, AFP2PDFetc.) this seems to not be a good choice. Here is how I understand it: we are by default using printer resident fonts. Nothing directly intentional. These fonts are effectively fixed sized. When you go to PCL there is no representative capability so the function is ignored. I've read a little bit about the downloadable fonts and outline fonts and have to admit I'm confused about outline fonts and what printers they can be used on. We use IBM IPDS printers and on the OS/400 fonts collection. What methods are there to get an over sized character that can be used when printing to a IPDS printer or also via HPT?
