Thank you very much for the offer!

I don't see a joblog for QTVTELNET other than the one that ran all day
yesterday with no problems and the one that is running now. There is no job
that entered the system today with a status of OUTQ.

TCP gets started after the backup with STRSBS QCTL which in turn starts TCP
and the host servers because of the IPL attributes. So there is no
informatino (that I could find) in the joblog related to TCP or TELNET.

Unless you were referring to where I manually ended and started telnet this
morning. Unfortunately, I typed SIGNOFF instead of SIGNOFF *LIST and don't
have a joblog from my interactive job.

While I was looking, I came across the job that started TCP. In it is an
error:

TCP1A04 Message . . . . : TELNET currently active.

The error is immediately after the QTVDEVICE jobs are submitted.

I looked at the previous day's QTVTELNET jobs, but the only error message I
saw was that the subsystem was ending immediately. I don't see where it
didn't end. Please let me know if there is anything else I should find that
would be helpful.
