On logical page 4 (physical page 16) is a link to the Application Display
Programming manual.

If I am looking at it on the web, say, from the Supplemental Manuals link,
it works. If I have downloaded it, no good. The link appears to be only to
the PDF, without qualifying it with the server, so it tries to go to
whatever directory the webserver is on.

In v5r1 the CL command sections all have links to the syntax diagrams. None
of them work.
