How many data groups do you have for your system? Are the 15 million
transactions all within one data group? If you can create more data groups?
If not, can you create more apply sessions within that data group?

Do a MIMIX/WRKDGDFN and this takes you to the data group definitions.
Take option 2 beside the offending data group and then take F10 for
additional parameters
What do you have for the "Number of DB apply sessions"? You can have up to 6
here. If you have 1 (default) here, you may wish to up that to 6. What this
does is (and you can verify by WRKDGFE for the DG in question) is it goes in
order A,B,C... for 6 different apply sessions, on each object. This has
seemed to help with us here on some issues.
