I will check and see.  I think my 400 started with 3.7.  I may have the old
distribution cd's..Don't know if they will have the licensed program you are
looking for.  We don't have it loaded at 4.4 so probally did not have at
3.7.  I feel for you cause I am still supporting a model 400/2131.  UG!

Anyone know where I can get software/license at V3R7 for
CM1-Communications Utilities?  It is for a model 400 -2131 P05 system.
