i890 ...Neil Chris Whisonant <chris.whisonant@comporium.com> To: midrange-l@midrange.com cc: Subject: Slip-up or preview? I just received my IBM eserver catalog. On the front cover, there is a section for the "IBM iSeries loaded for the Web". Well, the picture of the iSeries is not a current iSeries model - it's actually the picture of the zSeries 800/pSeries 690. I understand that when the high-end Regatta arrives that it should be in the same shell as the p/zSeries high-end models. I believe iSeries 890 has been tossed around. So, is the picture just a slip-up on IBM's part or is it the preview for the iSeries to be available this summer since this is the Spring/Summer catalog. One other thing, this is definitely the iSeries edition, but the title has changed from "IBM eserver: The iSeries Edition" to "IBM eserver: Integrated Application Data and Transaction Server Products and Services". Interesting. Is anyone up for a "ZIP"Series server? (That's not my line...) LOL Chris
