Looks like you SHOULD have enough room. But??? Make sure you have a backup before doing any of the following. 1. RGZPFM is sort of like 2 CPYF steps. (I know, probably more than that.) You could CPYF to a new temp file, create(*YES). Then CPYF that one back to original with replace(*YES). 2. QMQRY can replace the contents of a file, in place. SCARY!!! BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP Put a 'select * from yourlib/yourfile' into a source member (rcd length = 91). Then CRTQMQRY. Then STRQMRY output(*OUTFILE) outfile(yourlib/yourfile). You get no warning.
